How to Install Tubing in Greenhouse

Installing Radiant Tubing in a Concrete floor in your Greenhouse is very simple if you follow our easy installation methods.
- Make a trench approximately 12" deep X 16' wide as above.
- Install the Tubing 9" apart making sure it extends in to trench 14".
- Tubing is installed from the left Manifold Supply # 1 to end of Bldg.
- Making a loop returning to right Manifold Return # 2 in trench.
- A third Pipe is installed as a reversed return connected to # 2.
- This third pipe return to a mixing Valve before returning to Boiler.
- This Mixing Valve will mix your Supply & Return water.
- Adjustable to your desired floor temperature.
- Our set point Thermostat will maintain Greenhouse temperature.
Using this control combination and installation method you can both control floor and Greenhouse temperature independently while operating the Boiler at its optimum and most efficient temperature.
Installing a Ball Valve on supply & return Tubing enables you to Power Purge removing the air from the loop.
Our Press Fittings insures a fast secure installation between the Pex Radiant Tubing and the Copper Manifold.
